These Terms & Conditions are applicable to all agreements between you and Tentij Instruments, and applies to all products and services. Tentij Instruments (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides handcrafted musical instruments. By ordering any product, the customer (“you”) agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. - General
- If you are under 18 years old, you need a parent or guardian’s consent to make purchases.
- By using our website, you agree that these Terms & Conditions govern your order and relationship with us.
- Our website and its content are protected by copyright. You may not copy or distribute content for commercial purposes without permission.
- Orders & Offers
- Orders become binding only after we confirm them via an order confirmation email.
- We aim to describe our products accurately; however, all instruments are hand-crafted, so small differences between individual instruments in color, finish, or wood grain may occur. Product photos are for reference; actual color and wood grain may vary.
- Product availability may change before order confirmation; if a product cannot be supplied, we will provide a comparable replacement or refund the purchase price.
- We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure, production issues, or shipping problems beyond our control.
- Pricing & Payment
- Prices are in euros (€) and include VAT (unless stated differently).
- Payment is required before shipping. We accept credit cards, PayPal, iDEAL, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our third-party payment providers (such as Stripe).
- In case of obvious pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order or adjust the price.
- Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and charged to the customer.
- Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, and other fees outside the EU.
- We ship to the address you provide. Ensure it is correct; incorrect addresses may result in extra fees.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
- We cannot be held responsible for the shipping or the service of the shipper. More information about shipment procedures, delays and delivery failures can be found at FedEx or PostNL.
- Please inspect your package upon delivery. Any damage caused during shipping must be reported immediately to the shipping company (FedEx or PostNL) and, if possible, also to us. We will assist you in filing a claim, but liability for shipping damage lies with the carrier.
- For non-EU customers: our shipping policies are offered as a courtesy; local laws may differ and this is not a statutory right outside the EU.
- Returns & Refunds
- EU customers: 14-day return right as required by EU law.
- Non-EU customers: 14-day return period offered voluntarily as a courtesy; local consumer laws may differ.
- Items must be returned in their original state, undamaged and in their original packaging. Make sure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, and original shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Refunds cover only the purchase price of the product.
- Contact us by email before returning any product and provide your order confirmation or receipt.
- Warranty
- Our instruments are covered by a two-year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship that occurred during manufacturing.
- This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, accidents, transport, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs or modifications.
- When you have received a product with defects that are covered by our warranty, we will repair or replace the product and resend it free of charge. If repair or replacement parts can be user installed, we will send just new parts with instructions
- In case an item is returned but the warranty does not cover the damage or defect, we will charge a preset price for the repair or replacement.
- Liability under warranty is limited to the purchase price of the product.
- To make a warranty claim, you must contact us by email, provide proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or invoice), describe the defect in detail, and include clear photos of the issue.
- Privacy
- Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, including lost income, inconvenience, or damage to property other than the purchased product.
- Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
- Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law.
- Disputes are subject to the courts in the Netherlands.
